Job Description
- Work with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Provide guidance and support to all team members in Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow
- Oversee and ensure the timely and quality delivery of projects, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Act as a liaison between the CPO and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress
- Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership
- Advocate for and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and product quality
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust within and between teams
- Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring they are mitigated effectively
