Job Description
A Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and identifying business needs and translating them into technical requirements. They work closely with stakeholders, such as project managers, developers, and end-users, to gather and analyze data and suggest improvements or solutions for complex business problems.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough business analysis to understand system requirements and processes.
- Evaluating and improving existing systems by researching and proposing innovative solutions.
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation for technical teams and stakeholders.
- Providing specialized technical support to resolve complex issues and troubleshoot problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business analysis and system design.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and requirement gathering tools.
