Job Description
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on work results.
- Keep management informed through reviewing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Evaluate and manage staff performance.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Lead generation.
- Evaluate student’s attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives.
- Maintain excellent relations with potential students through various channels.
- Inform and sell all education services to potential clients.
- Accept task allocations and report sales figures monthly.
- Maintain accurate student records, complete evaluations, and provide purposeful feedback.
- Help students select the right university or programs for their needs.
- Guide students on application and admission procedures.
- Advise potential students on education opportunities in various countries.
- Conduct counseling sessions to assist students with academic and vocational development.
- Must follow all instructions and act in the best interests of the Employer at all times.
- Must seek approval before engaging in any other business or employment outside of employment.
