Qualifications
- Inventory Management, Quality Control, and Process Optimization skills
- Experience in staff supervision and operations management
- Knowledge of fresh produce retail or grocery industry
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
