Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience and ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant? We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily QSR operations
- Provide excellent guest service and address complaints promptly
- Evaluate product quality in coordination with the Food Safety & Quality team
- Supervise shifts and appraise staff performance
- Estimate future inventory needs and manage supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest improvements
- Control operational costs and identify waste reduction measures
- Create reports on revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand through local community engagement and events
- Train and motivate staff on guest experience
- Implement policies for future operational efficiency
