Job Description
Organisation: AWT Investments
Location: Sadar, Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Maintain tidy reception area with necessary supplies.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via communication.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security and control access.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
Education: At least SSC or equivalent
Experience
- Preferred experience as a receptionist.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Manage reception area operations and office security efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
