Job Description
Job Purpose:
As an HR Business Partner, you will oversee HR business partnering for corporate and commercial functions, providing comprehensive support to enhance performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR partner, ensuring policy alignment.
- Act as the liaison between HR and department heads.
- Guide on HR policies for legal compliance.
- Assist in manpower planning and training programs.
- Support in performance management and recruitment.
- Conduct training and manage disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- 6-10 years of HR experience with business partnering.
