Job Description
- Oversee daily civil maintenance activities, including masonry, carpentry, painting, and minor construction work.
- Ensure timely repairs of building infrastructure such as walls, roofs, flooring, and other structural components.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for civil work projects and supervise their execution.
- Monitor and maintain hospital infrastructure to meet safety standards and health regulations.
- Supervise the maintenance of hospital gardens, lawns, parking areas, pathways, and other outdoor spaces.
- Ensure the grounds are clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Oversee landscape improvements, irrigation systems, and pest control measures for the grounds.
- Manage seasonal and preventive maintenance of outdoor areas, including debris cleanup, and plant care.
- Engage and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for civil and grounds services.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to contractual obligations, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
