Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover.
- Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, authorizing additional work, and making follow-up calls.
- Liaising with the Workshop, Parts department to ensure customers’ vehicles are ready on time.
- Consulting with technicians about repairs and alternatives.
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians.
- Overseeing and managing the service center scheduling and workflow.
- Informing customers of service changes or when their vehicle is ready.
- Ensuring warranty standards and quality repair work.
- Complying with health, safety, and company standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering/Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE).
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in a 3S dealership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and senior management.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
