Job Description
- Implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiatives including;
- New Quality Management System
- Patient Safety Walk rounds Program; analyzing and reporting on clinical practices, processes, error reporting, and the environment with a focus on patient safety
- Sentinel Events and Root Cause analysis as per Sentinel Events Guidelines
- Training for Quality Improvement Initiatives and FOCUS PDCA Projects
- Facilitating implementation, analysis, reporting, reviewing effectiveness, and recommending improvements
- Reviewing and recommending revisions within all TIH quality management programs
- Coordinating Quality Management Activities with TIH Directorates
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports regarding the Quality Management Program
