Job Description
Data Analyst QMD is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization make informed decisions. He/she interprets data, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights.
1. Data Collection:
- Collect, clean, and organize data including Feedbacks, Near Miss, Incidents, Sentinel events, KPIs, and other assigned data.
- Collaborate with Assistant Manager for data accuracy.
- Maintain secure data copies for retrieval.
- Update databases and assist in developing efficient data collection systems.
2. Data Analysis:
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Utilize statistical methods and software tools for analysis.
3. Data Visualization:
- Create clear reports and dashboards for stakeholder presentations.
4. Data Presentation:
- Organize data for different management levels.
- Assist in data organization for executive presentations.
5. Data Management:
- Maintain secure data records and ensure accessibility.
- Develop predictive models for forecasting future trends.
- Handle additional tasks related to data management and analysis.
