Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager Finance will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing compliance reports, managing key financial records, and supporting the financial aspects of critical contracts. This position involves cross-functional coordination and requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, control processes, and high-level reporting to ensure operational and financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and analysis of complex compliance reports, ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare and review management reports for smooth coordination.
- Maintain control sheets and manage relationships with stakeholders for efficient communication and compliance.
- Oversee records of financial transactions like Purchase Requisitions and Orders for accuracy.
- Manage financial aspects of critical contracts with oversight and accountability.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Qualification: MBA/BBA or ICMA, ACCA
- Experience: 4.5 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
- Proficient in financial reporting and managing procurement transactions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with oversight responsibilities.
