Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Karachi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, attending trade shows and events, managing a sales team, preparing contracts and reports, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills
- Experience in managing a sales team and providing leadership and guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data and trends and make strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the machinery or equipment industry is preferred
