Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in merchandising, sales, or retail management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess location-wise performance and suggest improvements.
- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate the sales team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensure coordination, address needs, and resolve any issues.
- Negotiate terms with retailers to maximize profit margins and mutual satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for optimal stock across locations.
- Track payment cycles with retailers for timely payments and cash flow.
- Supervise and support sales personnel, provide feedback, and track performance.
- Identify opportunities for retail growth, optimize product placement, and support promotions.
- Provide regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and payment collections.
