Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and organized Executive Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate should have 7-9 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a knack for coordinating tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage CEO’s calendar and meetings.
- Coordinate with HODs and maintain effective communication.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and handle administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- 7-9 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with integrity.
