PROJECT MANAGER:

This role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that our e-commerce projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans for Shopify store launches, feature enhancements, and integrations, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing project updates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Shopify best practices.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-launch and implement lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital projects.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
