We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team of our dynamic client in Lahore office. The client is JSC Transport, based in KSA, whose backend office operations are handled from Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Listen, understand, and resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure top-notch service.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
