Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Senior D365 Customer Engagement Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Collaborating with the development team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications
- Customizing and extending functionalities of the platform to meet business needs
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations
- Ensuring adherence to coding best practices and organizational standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
- Experience in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 forms, views, workflows, and business rules
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
