Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily manufacturing operations. Your primary role will be to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation. You will also collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and repaired.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily production activities
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage inventory and control production costs
- Train and develop production staff
