Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, resolve customer issues and provide service.
- Handle customer complaints and issues and follow up for timely resolution.
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Record customer information for accuracy and completeness.
- Comply with service standards for customer satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys and callbacks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete tasks assigned by the leader.
Posting Requirements:
Preferably electrical or electronic majors with experience in the PV industry.
1. Educational background: College degree or higher.
2. Communication skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu.
3. Customer service skills: Good listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
4. Computer skills: Familiarity with basic operations and MS Office.
5. Team player with good time management and learning ability.
6. Adaptability to changing work environments.
7. Work experience: At least 1 year in customer service call center.
