Job Description
Responsibilities:
1: Manage the day-to-day operations of the administration department, including office supplies, maintenance requests, and vendor management.
2: Supervise and manage daily operations of the mess facility, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and timely food service.
3: Oversee hostel accommodations, ensuring a comfortable and secure living environment for residents.
4: Supervise security personnel and ensure proper functioning of all security protocols within the company premises.
5: Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and support for organizational needs.
Requirements:
Education: FA/BA (Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree).
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or supervisory role is preferred.
