Job Description
As an Associate People at Vyro, you will be responsible for implementing people programs including onboarding, offboarding, employee performance and engagement, and employee recognition. You will be the primary point of contact for employee queries, handle employee grievances, and gather valuable feedback through surveys and pulse checks. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will assist to develop and implement strategies that promote the Vyro culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in Onboarding new hires and set them up for success from day 1
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and pulse checks
- Develop and implement culture strategies
- Collaborate with People, Workplace, and Talent teams
- Manage End to End Employee Offboarding
- Assist in Payroll Processing and EOBI management
What We’re Looking For:
- 1.5+ years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Experience in a tech start-up environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
