Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effectiveness of company’s sales policies
- Visit assigned dealers to maintain relationships, solve problems, and ensure expected performance
- Achieve daily product targets
- Develop product knowledge and sell solutions to dealers
- Ensure dealers’ salesmen have adequate product knowledge
- Achieve sales and collection targets, monitor debts, and suggest product improvements
- Provide feedback on new models and competitor activities
- Coordinate warehouses, sales planning, and logistics
- Utilize company properties effectively
- Maintain Sales-Service liaison and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel for business
