Job Description
Service Management:
- Maintain high-performing IT Service Desk for 1st level IT support.
- Develop progression plan for Managed Services team.
- Coordinate new projects impacting service area.
- Escalate major issues for resolution.
- Monitor and support service delivery.
Support Management:
- Ensure timely resolution of IT service desk tickets.
- Educate staff on new services and devices.
- Coordinate regionally for major issues.
Performance and Quality:
- Deliver quality IT service to end users.
- Recommend service improvements and ensure follow-through.
- Coordinate OS patching and antivirus updates.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain software licenses count and manage new purchases.
- Provide management reports on IT Service performance.
- Update documentation for IT services.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors to improve services.
- Manage vendor activities for supporting staff.
