Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Quality Assurance/Control in Pre-stitching, stitching, and post-stitching processes.
- Coordinate with R&D and customers for new developments.
- Analyze daily defects against each production line to minimize rework.
- Supervise pre-shipment inspections (internal and external).
- Analyze top 10 defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions on customer requirements for team members.
- Perform root cause analysis of customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably with goalkeeper gloves or related products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and NetSuite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
