Role Description
This full-time on-site role as Business Development Lead at Kamayi involves tasks like lead generation, market research, and driving business growth through analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build outbound sales, achieving monthly targets of Rs 4 to 6 million
- Manage a team, oversee sales, partnerships, and post-sale departments, and enhance team efficiency
- Establish strategic partnerships and run sales campaigns to boost brand recognition
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and increased lead generation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Successful track record in business development and sales
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and leadership experience
- Proficient in CRM software and willing to travel as needed
