Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our growing team with the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess extraordinary organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly while supporting senior leadership. This role requires someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative duties.
- Allocate and maintain IT resources (computers, software, and network systems).
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of attendance details on HR application.
- Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliations.
- Provide direct support to the CEO with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other personal administrative tasks.
- Manage the recruitment process including drafting job postings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Plan and coordinate internal office events such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and other special occasions.
- Organize and schedule team training sessions, ensuring all logistics are in place and tracking employee participation and progress.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in office administration, HR, or other similar positions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IT systems and software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives.
