Job Description
Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and priorities. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data for optimization opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed business requirements documentation, user stories, and functional specifications. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams for project alignment. Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights. Participate in user acceptance testing and resolve identified issues. Test API’s and schemas for adherence to industry standards. Maintain JIRA board and assist in sprint grooming and story writing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, experience in business analysis, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
