Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
- Managing the daily schedule of appointments and meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and sorting.
- Keeping the front desk area clean and presentable at all times.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in multitasking and problem-solving.
