Job Description:
- The Service Desk supports Nayatel’s enterprise users.
- Network Administration of Routers, Switches, and Wi-Fi. Installation, management, and support on network-related issues.
- Computer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OS, Software, Microsoft Office apps, and other IT-related issues.
- Printer & Scanner installation.
- CCTV IP camera management.
- Good personality and soft skills.
Educational Requirements:
- DAE in Telecom/Electronics/Electrical.
- Computer/IT knowledge.
- Basic Networking skills. (CCNA/CompTIA will be preferred)
