Qualifications
- HR Analytical Skills and Business Planning acumen
- Excellent Communication skills
- Training & development experience preferred
- CHRP certification advantageous
- Collaborative ability with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with HRD focus
- Previous organizational development experience preferred
