Job Description
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources including Feedback, Near Miss, Incidents, Sentinel events, KPIs, and assigned data from QMD departments.
- Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with the Assistant Manager.
- Safeguard data with secure backups for retrieval when needed.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data security.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for hospital function insights.
- Utilize statistical methods and software tools for data analysis.
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Help develop systems for efficient data collection and processing.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends based on data.
- Manage data at HMIS systems as required by Higher Management.
