Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of statutory registers (members, directors, inside information, etc.)
- Filing of annual return (Form A, Form 29, Form 28, etc.)
- Preparing, circulating, and maintaining records of Minutes of Meetings
- Assisting directors in complying with their duties under the Act
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Modaraba Rules, and PSX regulations
- Liaising with SECP, Registrar Joint Stock Companies, Stock Exchanges, CDC, State Bank of Pakistan
Qualifications
ACA/ACCA/ICMA (ICSP certification is an advantage)
