Job Description
- Preparation of Contracts/Contract Document, Letter of Award, and Work order(s).
- Overall management of contractors and consultants interim and final payment invoices.
- Finalization of assessment/verification of all project claims, variation/change management in accordance with Contracts provisions.
- Preparation of Tender Documents/RFP & RFQ.
- Evaluation of Bids and preparation of Comparative statements.
- Lead the project Cost Team to manage the routine operations related to cost and Contracts administration.
- Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review to ensure expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Prepare Project Cash Flows, Budgets & their monitoring.
- Prepare project variance report.
- Reconciliation of OFM Materials.
- Liaison with all Project Stakeholders.
