Digital Code, a leading Blockchain Technology Company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Engagement Specialist: KOL Partnerships and User Support to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with our community, and driving user acquisition through effective marketing strategies. If you are passionate about blockchain technology and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch Ideas: Develop and present innovative marketing ideas to promote our products and services.
- User Acquisition: Strategize and implement plans to attract new users to our platform through various marketing channels.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and connect with influencers in the blockchain and technology space to enhance brand visibility.
- KOL Negotiations: Negotiate and establish partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to endorse our projects and increase brand credibility.
- Social Media Growth: Implement strategies to boost social media presence, engagement, and follower growth across platforms.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback from users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing or customer service roles.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Location: Bahira Town Islamabad, Pakistan
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Salary: Basic + High Commission
