Hire My Tech is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our client’s Medical Billing Operations team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have expertise in medical billing, team leadership, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily medical billing operations
- Lead and mentor billing specialists
- Ensure timely claims submission and handle escalations
- Analyze billing trends and enhance processes
- Collaborate with sales for service expansion
- Generate reports on billing performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of medical billing experience, 1 year in a supervisory role
