Job Description
As a Strategic Finance and FP&A Associate at theBPO, you will utilize your skills in financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis to support our clients effectively. Join a team of professionals to lead the FP&A team, manage client engagements, and ensure accuracy and quality in analysts’ work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring clear work understanding.
- Lead and delegate tasks to the FP&A team, reviewing analysts’ work for accuracy.
- Develop reporting packages for client management and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes.
- Build financial models and provide model review projects.
- Communicate requirements effectively and present project deliverables.
- Perform additional tasks to support the team and clients.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities and financial modeling.
- Expertise in data analytics using tools like Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex financial insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or qualified ACCA, CA, or ICMA.
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience, preferably in financial services, private equity, or consulting.
- Experience in managing client relationships in a client-service environment.
