Job Description
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Business Development Specialist or similar role, with a focus on email marketing both drip and mass.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and securing new business through email marketing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and emails.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., WoodPecker, Instantly, MailChimp etc.).
- Good understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
