Key Responsibilities:
Payment Processing:
- Process customer and vendor payments accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all payments are recorded promptly and accurately
- Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors or customers
Error Identification and Correction:
- Identify errors in financial transactions
- Correct errors timely for accurate records
- Resolve discrepancies in financial data
Accounting and Financial Bookkeeping/Reporting:
- Support month-end and year-end closings
- Maintain asset cycle and process accounts transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with other departments for financial info
- Communicate with stakeholders on financial matters
- Support finance team in various tasks
Others:
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Qualifications: CAF/ACCA/ICMA Finalist or Accounting/Finance degree
