Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to CTS queries raised by customer support/compliance team on a daily basis
- Raising courier exceptions with CS department daily on CTS
- Follow-up with couriers on stuck parcels exceeding delivery SLAs
- Raising claims with respective couriers for lost in transit parcels
- Updating claims report (Accepted, rejected & in-process)
- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Written & Verbal Communication
