Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks, helping to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Hours: 1pm-9pm
Location: I-10/3 Islamabad
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and other communications
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Conduct research and compile data for reports
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and manage databases
- Assist with client inquiries and support as needed
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks
Requirements:
- Proven 2-3 yrs experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing Social Media and creating engaging content
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong internet research skills
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
