Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for delivering architectural design plans and layouts for buildings and landscapes under senior Architects’ supervision. Meetings with clients, gathering measurements, and providing design recommendations. Collaboration with team members, engineers, and contractors.
Main opportunities/challenges for this Job:
- Advocating for good design over cost-effective construction
- Meeting design needs within financial constraints
- Simplifying design to lower construction costs
Main Accountabilities:
- Managing projects and teams
- Preparing designs and reviewing for standards
- Meeting stakeholders, analyzing space utilization
- Creating presentations, addressing site constraints
- Proficiency in Revit Modelling
Experience Required:
5-6 years of experience in designing commercial and residential projects.
