Job Summary:

Job Description – (Duties/Responsibilities)
- Oversee Title Production System platform.
- Define and implement improvements.
- Record workflow changes.
- Identify automation opportunities.
- Configure new offices.
- Monitor system performance.
- Manage reports and provide training.
- Handle technical issues.
- Perform assigned duties.
Criteria/Requirement:
- Understanding of Title, Escrow & Closing operations.
- Minimum 3 years of Title Production System experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and analytical mindset.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Available for night shifts.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
