Job Description
Maintenance and operation of small to medium networks.
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN (IPSEC / SSL), QoS).
Experience must include administrating corporate or business’ user accounts, managing mail servers, printer servers, and web servers.
Experience in systems management, monitoring, and hardware repair for servers, PCs, peripheral equipment. Installation, maintenance, and sustainment of software. Implementation and administration of Active Directory, DHCP / DNS / Radius Servers. Mikrotik and PFsense expertise. Hardware Firewalls.
Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi host and Hyper-V).
Hands-on experience to define multiple virtual servers on a single host machine. Blocking web/application access to prevent known malware attacks.
Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Perform troubleshooting, archiving, and back-up of the server. Call center system knowledge with Asterisk server is a plus. Team management.
