Job Description
Our mission at Westside Immigration & Study Abroad is to provide efficient counseling & recruitment services to students planning to study abroad for higher education. We’re looking for a friendly and organized Admissions and Visa Processing Officer to help us enroll students for partner universities in the USA, Canada, France, Australia, and the UK for UG/PG programs.
Join our Admissions team and assist with student recruitment and enrollment activities. The Officer will report to the Branch Head at DHA Phase 5, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Accepting and filtering student applications
- Assessing applications according to our eligibility criteria
- Organizing and filing recruitment documentation
- Providing consultations with prospective students when requested
- Referring prospective students to program directors for additional information
- Processing student registration and payment
- Communicating with applicants about application status
- Responding to information requests
- Participating in info sessions
- Other duties as assigned including visa application process
- Referring accepted students to scholarship and bursary information
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or relevant degree
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (asset but not required)
- Identify as an Alumni of our organization in the application
