Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Review Drawings and specifications for MEP Works execution.
- Coordinate with Civil and MEP Contractors for timely execution.
- Follow up on material demand, Stock availability, and site delivery.
- Escalate Design issues to Management through RFIs.
- Assist in making coordination drawings for installation.
- Supervise installation of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing Systems.
- Inspect Work Done and Check Requests.
- Analyze and formulate solutions for MEP engineering problems.
- Supervise contractors to meet deadlines.
- Review and evaluate IPC submissions by contractors.
- Write progress reports to Line Manager.
- Manage MEP Contractors’ day-to-day work.
- Supervise Testing & Commissioning of MEP Equipment’s.
Qualification and Experience:
- B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical
- 5-7 years of experience in MEP installation works.
- PEC registered
