Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s footprint in the UAE market, focusing on selling software development services and solutions
– Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as Finance, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, and E-commerce within the UAE. Generate high-quality leads through networking, research, and market analysis
– Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent pipeline activity. Maintain CRM systems to track prospects, clients, and sales performance
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored software solutions
– Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings (ERP, customized software development, AI/ML, mobile apps, web apps, etc.) to effectively present and position solutions to potential clients
– Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals
– Stay updated on the UAE market trends, competition, and key industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies
– Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to develop proposals, solutions, and marketing strategies that align with the sales objectives
Key Skills & Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in selling software solutions or technology services, particularly in the UAE market
– Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape, local culture, and key industry verticals
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanor
– Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and present complex software solutions to a non-technical audience
Preferred:
– Experience in selling software services like ERP, Customized software solutions, Mobile App, and Web App development.
– Existing network and relationships within the UAE business community.
