Islamic International Medical College (IIMC) is a school of medicine affiliated with Riphah International University Pakistan, established in 1996. The college is registered with PMDC, ECFMG, IMED, and approved by the Ministry of Health. It is located in Rawalpindi.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Supervisor at Islamic International Medical Complex Hospital located in Rawalpindi. The Laboratory Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in the laboratory, manage staff, ensure quality control, and utilize medical technology effectively.
Qualifications:
- Supervisory Skills and Analytical Skills
- Experience in Medical Technology and Quality Control
- Knowledge of Laboratory Equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
