Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The construction manager ensures timely execution of projects while in compliance with time, cost, and quality. The work is executed as per drawings with utmost health and safety measures.
Main Accountabilities:
- Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule.
- Creating plans of action for the contractors and monitoring cost control.
- Execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and Appendixes.
- Overseeing any hurdles, risks, and obstacles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- Masters in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- Project Management Certification (Preferred)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in construction.
