Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Manager Finance to join our finance team at Rentokil Initial. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget management, and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements
- Manage day-to-day financial operations
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure tax compliance and liaise with auditors
- Support financial analysis and decision-making
- Maintain financial policies and controls
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Coordinate financial data analysis with departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years of finance/accounting experience, 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
